Turning a Pill Case into a Cute Eyelashes Case

Hi,

I had been thinking for quite a while on buying an eyelashes case to carry my false eyelashes with me. Like not the big case I would bring if I were to go on a trip, but just a small one to carry in my bag.
I used to have these small individual pill cases the drugstore gives you with your pills, but since I have different styles of eyelashes, I found it annoying having to carry 4-5 pill cases (and I didn't want to put them all in the same case) ᕙ(ಠ_ಠ)ᕗ
I searched on the internet and was inspired by quite a few bloggers who had made/customized their own eyelashes case. I hope this article can give you ideas.
There are more pictures than it needed to be, but.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. And sorry for the orange lighting on some pictures, it's because it was late (so it was dark).

Starting with this clean round bead case found at Michaels.

I don't know why I keep calling it a pill case.

The setup. No idea why I have so many pliers.

Never used one except the one on the far right.

I had this idea of designing a donut which would have been cool,

but I decided to do something else instead.

A spider web....!

You can see I put pearls in each 'corner'.

I would have linked pearl to pearl with the little diamonds 'garland' (the sames as the ones forming the cobweb), but it would have blocked the compartment cap from opening.

sigh.

Finally decided to put the pearls in the middle instead of the corners.

But I still needed to do the sides of the case. (≧▽≦)

Also, I don't know if you had noticed, but I had put another 'layer' of diamonds over the first layer (I'm talking about the diamond line separating each pill compartment; the first step of the cobweb.) Well, it looks really pretty, but it's definitely not convenient; the diamonds would come off whenever I opened a compartment lid. So I had to remove the second layer and only keep the first one.

This is what the sides look like. Just random pearls and gems.

Not only it looks cuter than before, but it's as functional as it was before decorating it. So I think it's great. (˚▽˚)
